FlexCell MTM

FlexCell MTM is a cabinet with integrated robot SCARA 2D working as a pick & place machine. An input and output media can be exchange between tubes, JEDEC trays, tapes, bowl It’s dedicated for repacking small electrical or mechanical components. Performance of off-line operations like programming, testing, optical inspection is possible. It’s high efficiency flexible solutions that can be adapted to individual customer requirements.

• Touch screen controller with user friendly menu that allows to set process parameters, to give different access level to the users, to control packing process and to store/restore jobs
• Screen backlight signalizing machine state (green – normal operation, orange – warning, red – alarm)
• Supports heat welded and PSA tapes
• Programmable process parameters – pitch, temperature, welding (type, time, cycle), trailer/leader/fill in quantity, …
• Empty pocket detection as a standard
• Supports tape width 8-200 mm, pitch 2-72 mm, pocket depth <40 mm
