(Taping Machine)

TM (Taping Machine) is a version of standard taping machine MTM developed for easy farther integration within automated production lines or specialized equipment. It’s dedicated for packing of different small parts to plastic embossed carrier tapes. It supports both heated and PSA tapes. Parts are placed into pockets embossed in carrier tape leaded in operational table. After that the carrier tape is moved with declared number of pockets. During this, heat or pressure stamps join permanently cover tape with carrier one to secure components against falling out.

• High ergonomics and security thanks to touch screen controller build inside an operating table
• Touch screen controller with user friendly menu that allows to set process parameters, to give different access level to the users, to control packing process and to store/restore jobs
• Supports heat welded and PSA tapes
• Screen backlight signalizing machine state (green – normal operation, orange – warning, red – alarm)

• Empty pocket detection as a standard
