PT (Peel Tester) it’s user friendly and simple to operate measurement equipment for peel force of cover tape. It allows to verify if carrier and cover tapes are welded correctly. This is important for farther production process and components security.

PT is available in two options:

  • off-line – stand-alone machine with its’ own touch screen display for manu and visualization
  • on-line – working with host PC

Functional characteristics:

  • Multifunctional software package which allow user to browse between stored data, set user rights, download measurement options and tape data as lot of other options
  • Screen backlight signalizing machine state (green – test passed OK, orange – setup, red – test missed)
  • Integration with MES/ERP systems via Ethernet.
  • Easy operation thanks to eccentric levers holding tapes and user friendly software
  • Peel test according EN 60286-3:2007
