The basic FlashRunner technology that has been the source of SMH's commercial success has reached its age. Due to the fact that its’ new generations fully cover the spectrum of market requirements, the manufacturer decided to discontinue the production of these oldest instruments, with the exception of the FlashRunner Cube. However, SMH still supports users with new algorithms and accessories. Apologizing for the inconvenience to those customers who would like to replicate existing designs, we indicate possible replacements below.

Flashrunner I Algorithms
In general licenses for programming algorithms for particular devices are offered separately as:
- Single licenses:
- PA01STD0 - single Programming Algorithm for standard mass market device
- PA01NMM0 - single Programming Algorithm for specialized no mass market device
- Credits:
- PA-STP_01 - five free of choice Programming Algorithms for standard devices to be download within one year since the invoice date.
- PA-STP_02 - ten free of choice Programming Algorithms for standard devices to be download within one year since the invoice date.
- PA-STP_03 - fifteen free of choice Programming Algorithms for standard devices to be download within one year since the invoice date.
- Packages:
- PA01xxx - Programming Algorithms for all currently supported standard devices from selected silicon vendor
- PA01GEN0 - Programming Algorithms for all currently supported standard devices from all supported silicon vendors
The price of last two packages covers in addition one year of maintenance. It gives rights to download/upgrade algorithms 2 times within one year since the invoice date. The maintenance can be prolonged or renewed for the following year starting invoice date respectively with:
- AMP-SCP - Advanced Maintenance Program for all supported devices from selected silicon vendor
- AMP-GEN - Advanced Maintenance Program for all supported devices from all supported silicon vendors
All above is applied to all FlashRunners except series II and III. In case of FlashRunner Series II and III the selected package PA01xxx is included in the price. During the whole programmer lifetime, it can be upgraded only for the devices from the same silicon vendor by purchasing AMP-SCP.
There is also useful system software available that can be downloaded from web (icon on the right margin).

MicroPlexer
MPX160A MicroPlexer is a ISP signal switch that allows one ISP programmer to support multiple targets. It has a convenient wide-range power supply input and three working modes with up to 32 output ISP channels.
Depending on the working mode, each of the ISP channels is composed of:
- Either 6 or 3 digital, bidirectional lines;
- Either 2 or 1 analog/digital lines;
- Either 2 or 1 power lines;
- 1 ground line (common for all channels).
MicroPlexer is controlled via either ASCII-based commands via its RS-232 interface or via control lines. ASCII commands allow for selecting the output channel or to disconnect all of the output channels.
